Our facility is on the south side of La Crosse in a secure building. We are easy to find, located on the bus route, and conveniently close to downtown and both local hospitals.

With 24/7 staffing, we have 13 long-term beds as well as 7 AfterCare beds. If you or a loved one are looking to enter our program, please call our admissions department at 608-351-2828 ext. 1 to check on bed availability.
